Mikkel is head of our Life Science Team

Mikkel is one of the country’s most experienced technical and patent law advisers in Danish and Swedish courts and has for many years been involved in numerous dispute proceedings pertaining to e.g. preliminary injunctions, infringement and invalidity.

Mikkel also works with advising clients in patent prosecution and strategy, drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the EPO, the DKPTO and patent authorities around the globe.

Mikkel is widely recognized as the go-to person in the field of Life science.

Mikkel is ranked both as Recommended Individual by IAM Patent 1000 in 2020 and as IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property 2020.
