Christian specialises in the field of mechanics, in particular in the fields of medical devices, oil and gas, and robotics.

He holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and has studied a semester at Oregon State University, USA. During his studies, Christian was involved in the development of a car that broke the world record in fuel efficiency. During his thesis, Christian investigated the use of a system of underwater autonomous robotic vehicles and sensor nodes for structural integrity inspection of subsea structures. In particular, Christian was involved in the development of the sensor nodes for structural integrity monitoring.

Christian started his career as a patent attorney in 2016. He advises on patentability, prosecution, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and assists in opposition and appeal proceedings.
